Contact questions

Can my parents enquire on my behalf?

Yes. Parents and guardians often start the conversation. We'll ask to include the student at some point, as some partners need to deal with them directly — especially for tenancy agreements.

I didn't get a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first, and make sure the email address you entered was spelled correctly. If it still hasn't arrived, write to us at info@smartmoveme.com and we'll confirm we have your enquiry.

Can I email you instead of using the form?

Of course. Write to info@smartmoveme.com with your university, arrival date and the help you need. The form simply makes sure we have the right details from the start.
